Misleading listing, confusing self-check-in, and no customer support—I would not stay here again.

I would strongly advise international travellers to avoid this property unless you are fully aware that it is **not a traditional hotel**. It operates as a fully self-service accommodation with **no reception and no staff available to assist you**. This was not made sufficiently clear before booking. Upon arrival, I was left standing outside without knowing how to enter the building or collect my room key. The check-in process required scanning multiple QR codes with no clear instructions, there was almost no signage identifying the property, and I spent nearly an hour trying to call the published phone number without anyone answering. The phone number even displayed a different business name, adding to the confusion. The entire check-in process assumes every guest has a working smartphone and internet connection. This requirement should be clearly disclosed before booking, as many international travellers may not have local mobile service upon arrival. The property is advertised on international booking platforms, yet nobody available could communicate in English or provide assistance. The listing also gave a misleading impression of the accommodation. The room was extremely small, had no window, and did not match the expectations created by the photos and pricing. Overall, the experience was unnecessarily stressful due to poor communication, misleading information, and the complete lack of customer support. I believe Booking.com should require this property to clearly disclose its self-service nature, improve its listing accuracy, and review whether it meets the standards expected of a hotel on its platform.

About what you'd expect

Pretty decent price, cheap and no thrills as the saying goes. When you arrive you'll need to use a QR scan app, there is wifi in the lobby. You'll also need to upload or scan your passport page. Bring your own soap, there's no fridge in the room. The nearest 7-11 is a 10 minute walk. Staff were very helpful
