Such a beautifully designed and special villa. We loved staying here, mostly because we love the indoor/outdoor living. It’s only a 4min scooter to the main strip, super clean, and has awesome amenities including the spa and gym. The most impressive and appreciated aspect was the customer service, they anticipated our needs and were proactive in meeting them, we didn’t have to plan ahead or ask for anything because they were always one step ahead. Thank you so much for having us, we would recommend Cocoon Reserve to all our family and friends.
We were nervous about the vegan dining as we both enjoy dairy and meat, but the food was very delicious and we happily ate at restaurant every day.

Las instalaciones están fantásticas y el resort es precioso. El desayuno bastante rico.
A nuestra llegada nos indicaron que no nos recomendaban dejar nada fuera de la habitación ya que los monos que merodeaban la zona podían llevarse nuestras pertenencias. Seguimos sus indicaciones y durante una de las limpiezas, el personal de limpieza olvidó cerrar nuestra puerta y al llegar por la noche nos encontramos la puerta completamente abierta con nuestras cosas tiradas por el suelo, mordidas por los monos, con la consiguiente pérdida de varios medicamentos y productos de maquillaje, además de estar la habitación llena de residuos que se comieron y tiraron encima de nuestra cama y excrementos varios por toda la habitación.
La respuesta por parte del personal no fue acorde con un alojamiento de este calibre ya que únicamente pidieron disculpas por lo ocurrido.

L’architecture des chambres
Malgré la période de soft opening bien soulignée, le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel n’est simplement pas bon. L’emplacement promet d’être au cœur d’une jungle, mais vous êtes proches de la route avec les bruits qui vont avec (les chambres ne sont pas isolées). Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon, mais très peu copieux. Le restaurant est petit et mal exposé. Les chambres sont à l’ombre l’après-midi. Pas de service additionnel (scooter, vélo, navette) et les produits dans les chambres (salle de bain) sont classiques. Impossible d’avoir un massage à deux en même temps.
Pour moitié moins, nous avons eu des hôtels avec des prestations et services bien plus qualitatifs.
