Hochwertig und stilvoll ausgestattete, großzügige Villa mit Traumblick über Kuta. Alles, was man zum selber kochen braucht, ist vorhanden. Super nette und einfache Kommunikation über WhatsApp, alle Fragen oder Wünsche werden sofort bearbeitet. Unser Gepäck konnte bis Abreise aufbewahrt werden. Das Anmieten eines Rollers ist zu empfehlen, da der Weg in die Stadt sonst etwas weit und anstrengend ist. Kann von der Unterkunft organisiert werden und wir direkt zur Villa gebracht.

Hahn direkt angrenzend an das Schlafzimmer, was für gestörten Schlaf trotz Oropax, teils ab 4 Uhr morgens, sorgt. Derzeit rundum Baustelle und entsprechend viele Bauarbeiter und Baulärm. Mehrmals pro Tag unangekündigten Mitarbeiter im Garten oder der Terasse, was die Privatsphäre leider stark beeinträchtigt. Vielleicht könnte man in Zulunft „Maintanance Hours“ einführen.

Las vistas son una locura, el personal muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones de la casa perfectas, las camas muy cómodas todo increíble. Superó ampliamente con mis expectativas que de por sí ya eran muy altas.

The property was exceptional! Beautifully decorated and the view was amazing. Very nice to stay just outside of Kuta very convenient location.

Must be able to ride a scooter or have a driver as it’s up a very steep hill/not an easy walk to Kuta. We loved it as we were able to hire a scooter from the villa so very convenient for us!

The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and the view over Kuta is truly fantastic. The host really did everything she could to solve each problem as quickly as possible.

We had to keep messaging the host to get things fixed, and in the end it was simply too many things. Day 1: no hot water and a dirty pool. Day 2: the shower drain was full of hair from previous guests, and the soaps in the showers hadn't been refilled. Day 3: no running water at all. I ended up sitting with the security guard and the host until 11 pm, trying to solve the water problem myself. The cleaners also didn't change the towels, and the water dispenser hadn't been refilled after the previous guests, so we had to go and get water ourselves. We paid extra for the most luxurious villa, the one with a bathtub. The sealant around the bath drain was faulty, so we couldn't fill it, and it was only repaired two days before we left. So we couldn't really enjoy the very thing we paid extra for. We had asked the host if she knew a good laundry, and she told us they use their own external laundry service. We were given that laundry for free as compensation. Sadly that went wrong too: clothes were ironed that should never have been ironed, several items shrank, white clothes came back light grey, and some items came back with stains. Around €200 to €300 worth of clothing is ruined, and we now have to claim compensation for it from that external service ourselves. We wanted to come back to Kuta Lombok for two more days and asked for a discount on that stay as compensation. We were told a discount was barely possible because of the MotoGP. To put it in perspective: we paid 22.7 million rupiah (about €1,130) for 7 days, and one night with the discount now costs 10 million rupiah (about €500). At this price the basics should simply be in order.
