Daniele è una persona gentilissima, molto disponibile e precisa.
La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle foto, è bellissima, luminosa e dotata di qualsiasi cosa abbiate bisogno (cucina super attrezzata).

Nuestra estancia en Roma fue estupenda gracias a Daniele. Fue un anfitrión encantador, siempre disponible y muy pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto y no nos faltara de nada. Nos recomendó sitios que visitar y restaurantes donde probar la gastronomía local, y estuvo atento en todo momento. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado, muy limpio y es muy acogedor. Además, tuvo el detalle de regalarnos una bolsa de focaccias al despedirnos, ¡todo un detalle! Lo recomendamos muchísimo. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

I honestly don't know if I've ever booked better accommodation through Booking than this one. Such an amazing apartment with a terrace, a fantastic host, and a great location in Rome? An absolute dream.
Daniello, the owner, used to live in this apartment himself, so he left a piece of himself and his soul there. You can truly see it, every detail of the apartment has been carefully thought out and is both practical and functional.
The ground-floor terrace with parking availability is just another great bonus of this wonderful place. There is a bus stop only 3 minutes from the apartment with connections to the metro, or you can reach Battistini metro station on foot in about 15 minutes.
Right across from the apartment, there are several small convenience stores (around three of them). There is also a butcher's shop where they sell fresh bread every morning, as well as a pizzeria in the evening serving delicious and very affordable pizza.
About a 5-minute walk away, you'll find several excellent restaurants and cocktail bars, so you don't even need to go into the city centre to have a great evening!
And by the way, Daniello even has a coffee machine in the apartment!!! Andd for sure air-condition for the people who are melting a lot :D
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.
