About this apartment rental
A vacation home located right next to the Battistini Metro Line A terminal; two kilometers away is the UNICUSANO Campus, and at the same distance is the CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY OF THE SACRED HEART, the Agostino Gemelli Polyclinic,
, and finally the Villa Aurora Clinic, which specializes in orthopedic surgery. It’s located in a residential area of Rome—very quiet and with essential services nearby (restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, local market, neighborhood shops, banks, subway, and buses) and just a few minutes from St. Peter’s (the Vatican) and Rome’s historic center.
A cleaning fee of 20.00 euros is due upon arrival.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and two balconies.
We also offer a shuttle service to and from Ciampino/Fiumicino Airport for €60.00 round-trip, as well as dog-sitting services.
Discounted rates based on length of stay, starting at €60 per night for 2 people (children up to 10 years old pay half price).
Rates do not include city tax (€3.50 per person per night)

I enjoyed staying at this location. It was nice coming in after strolling around the city. If I had any questions or concerns, the host was prompt to my plight.

There was a technical problem with the Wi-Fi which was not sorted before we left but the owner and his son tried everything and were extremely apologeticOne problem, and the same in Venice, no tourist information in the apartment - nearest bus boat train or plane stop and time to get there
