This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had

Disliked · This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests checked out. There were used towels left on the bathroom floor, the beds appeared unmade, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The property had no air conditioning, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. To make matters worse, several windows were damaged and would not properly open or close, raising both comfort and safety concerns. The condition of the apartment was completely different from what was advertised. After seeing the state of the property, I did not feel comfortable staying there and ended up leaving the same day and booking a hotel at additional expense. This property was not fit for the standard I expected from a Booking.com listing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed with quality

Nothing atall

Very far from luxurious description, had difficulty in finding it and had to wait till we got to property to get instructions for entry, it was only a resident who upon arrival who was coming out gave us code to get in to building , upon entry it was apparent this was far from luxurious , window in bedroom could not be closed fully , (catch was also broken )settee in lounge had stains all over, freezer door left open as there was so much ice in it that it could not be shut , smoke alarms removed from ceilings in every room , single bed in bedroom had slats underneath all broken so could not support mattress ,there was a hole in wall of bedroom where it had been opened with force and handle gone through wall , front door was also temperamental to access with key over all poor quality apartment Not Luxurious

Very poor, dirty, and not as described.

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about my stay. The location was okay, but it did not make up for the overall poor experience. The accommodation did not meet basic expectations.

The room was dirty, and the towels in the bathroom were already wet upon arrival, which is unacceptable. There was also a hole in the wall in my room, and the outside of the building and stairway looked old and poorly maintained. Overall, the accommodation felt unhygienic and not worth the money.
