Very clean and great location bed and pillows wete really comfortable
Slightly noisy with the window open as it looked out on to the square but that is to be expected with a location in a lively area

This is a beautifully presented hotel. No breakfast provided - plenty of great cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes away provided variety.
Location is perfect!!! Great for bars, restaurants and shopping, walking distance to almost anywhere.
This newish hotel experienced some teething problems during our stay. Staff handled them very well, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
We arrived on the weekend, and had pre-booked a six night stay. We were placed in a room in the attic, with no lift to that floor. The room was extremely dark, with no windows, and we continually bumped our heads on the very low beams. After the weekend, we asked to be moved, and were forced into a very expensive upgrade, as unfortunately there were no rooms of the category we had paid for available for a 4 night booking. The suite we ended up with was fabulous and enabled us to finish our stay in Rome in great comfort, although at a high cost.

L’appartement la taille exceptionnelle la vue le balcon le luxe sans ostentation les équipements neufs
La climatisation mal réglé et l’absence d’un lobby plus vaste

It was a substantial, high-ceilinged suite in a handsome old building, at a fabulous location. Most things worked and were well maintained.
Understaffed, although such people as we encountered were obliging. Hideous abstract paintings, ugly beanbag-like chairs. It looked like there had been an ambitious plan some years back by an entrepreneur who ran out of money. We stayed on short notice because of a family emergency, so we had little choice. The expensive suite would have been ok for a married couple, but was not ideal for mother and adult son- one of us slept on the pull-out living room sofa, and the other had to come through to reach the bathroom.
