Great apartment close to Milan Central Station

Beautiful flat, nice ambience and design with lots of wood. Bathroom nice and large,. Very convenient for station. Apartment very clean, spacious and .well equipped. .Nice ilttle balcony to sit on. Need to be able to manage stairs!

Some brighter lighting coverage would be nice

A terrible stay ruined by air conditioner and poor communication.

The apartment looks exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean, and the location is convenient- about a 7–8 minute walk from Milano Centrale station.

We booked two nights, but it turned into an absolute nightmare. It was 40°C, and the air conditioner didn’t work. When I asked the host where the AC remote was, he claimed this was “standard in Milan” and refused to tell us where the remote was, so we couldn’t even try to fix the problem ourselves. Later we realized the AC was only blowing hot air. Even after I contacted him again, he still refused to tell us where the remote was or help solve the problem. The apartment was actually hotter than outside, and I eventually had to ask him to switch the AC off completely. He offered to refund one night if we moved elsewhere, but by then it was already too late. The building has no elevator, and we had already carried our heavy luggage up four flights of stairs, so moving was almost impossible. This was, without a doubt, the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Spending two nights in that unbearable heat was exhausting, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

This place is very spacious and beautiful, the host is was very friendly and made everything super easy.

Really clean, very spacious, and great service. Also close to Milano Centrale and a walk to Duomo! The host was friendly and had an amazing service, had fast responses, accommodation, and made checking in and out very easy!

Meget flot balkon.
