Very bad

The place is terrible and overcrowded; it looks like worker housing. Furthermore, the smells are unbearable—it is absolutely not suitable for a family.

5 / 10

Good location

Location near the train station and restaurants near supermarket around the block and luggage storage .

Wasn’t clean enough. At least clean sheets bed pillows , toylet paper , And extra blanket . The check in was confusing. Read other review basically are the same.

Terrible

Nothing

I stayed here recently and, unfortunately, there was nothing good to say about the room. The floor had clearly not been swept or mopped, the walls were stained, and the curtain was filthy. The bathroom sink had an unpleasant smell. The bed was extremely uncomfortable: instead of a proper double mattress, it was made up of two separate single mattresses pushed together. On top of all this, there were small cockroaches everywhere in the room. The room was not clean, not comfortable, and not hygienic. I cannot recommend it, and it was not worth the money in any way.

3 / 10

A stressful experience that did not meet our expectations.

Good Location

The arrival process was poorly managed. I was very tired when I arrived, and I realized they had not provided the actual instructions for accessing the apartment. When I contacted them through Booking messages, instead of simply sending me the instructions there, they told me that I should have received an email. They expected me to search for the instructions in my email rather than helping me directly. In the end, I found the email in my junk folder. The air conditioning was not working, and there was only a fan, which was not enough during the summer heat in Italy. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom did not provide any cleaning products or air freshener, which is important considering the apartment is very small and everything is in the same space. Although I stayed only two nights, it felt like a nightmare because the high temperature made it almost impossible to sleep. I informed the owner about the air conditioning problem, but I never received any response.
