Other than the view shocking service from start to finish

Other than the view which was 10/10 everything was shambles and a nightmare for a family

The hist misled alot of info about the property. The whole apartment was turned into a shared property we had four different couples come and go and was in complete shock like us as to why the whine apartment was being shared. I’m am in process of legal action and speaking with Dubai police/ air bnb committee for Dubai. There was blocked sinks broken furniture. Some guest who stayed were drinking alcohol without the host informing us of our requirements. Just totally unacceptable please please please be very careful. You will be sold the dream all you will get is a fantastic view of the Burj. Just lied about food (breakfast) being taken earjy even though on the breakfast menu it’s clearly stated please let them know In Advance for early breakfast. I paid good money for a week and am complete dissatisfied with the service. We had no room service for our stay and had to ask on the watsapp message group for loo roll and fresh towels. There was theee different people messaging and got very confusing. On many occasions before my flight the just messaged saying this property is shared trying to put me off my holiday and gave me anxiety. Numerous times the host said I can cancel if I like and would get a full refund this was due to them getting guest who were going to pay more than we did very clever tactic. Every guest who spoke with us said they will be complaining. Booking.com you need to look into all this.

Was a nightmare to deal with those people, i'd rater stay in one star hotel than deal with them agai

Nothing good at all, avoid at all cost, they stole part of my money too!

Well, where to begin ! The team starts off with rude WhatsApp messages, even though i specified in my booking that i'll arrive at a very late time that evening, but I guess that doesn't matter if i'm ruining their evening! The flat has no lock !! Yes you read it right, anyone can push the door and get in the flat, room doors has no keys, so not possible for you to lock the room door when you leave, given that it's a shared flat (has 3 rooms) So you're just supposed to leave your luggage and pray no one steals nothing ! They gave my room to someone else ! I booked the room with the Burj Khalifa view, when I arrived late they said I thought I'm not coming and gave my room to someone else (even though as I aforementioned, I stated my arrival time in booking) The room they gave me has no functioning bulb! Zero ! I arrived in the evening and the room had no lighting ! They connected one night light and it had to do for the evening. They didn't bother giving me a keycard or any instructions of how to get in !! this flat is in a building, not a hotel, so when you walk in the lobby, the door is locked, you have to wait for someone to get out and get in quickly, then the security will think you're a thief, and you have to convince him that you made a mistake of booking here and you actually live here. I asked them for the router/internet password, and I stated that I have very important work in the morning, no one cared, they didn't give anything, when I asked again in the morning they gave me the wrong one, i had to go look behind the two routers at hall to check which one is it if any is functional. They took 520 DHS as deposit for parking access card (parking access card sadly doesn't open the building door, just the parking), and he told me in my face that it will be FULLY refunded to me, they haggled and intentionally delayed the refund for a week, they read your message and not reply every time.

Good place in Downtown

The apartment is in a very good location in Downtown Dubai. Easy to reach Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and nearby restaurants. Everything is close and convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The place felt quiet and safe, which we liked. Air-conditioning was working well and the stay was smooth. Good option for short stay. It is nice and elegant, but not very luxury as expected.

Expected little more luxury inside the apartment.

The apartment is in a very good location in Downtown Dubai. Easy to reach Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and nearby restaurants. Everything is close and convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The place felt quiet and safe, which we liked. Air-conditioning was working well and the stay was smooth. Good option for short stay. It is nice and elegant, but not very luxury as expected.
