Happy helpful staff . Beautiful outlook over sea. Value for what we paid in a very comfortable,well air conditioned clean room with very comfortable bed. Happy to arrange or answer questions . Breakfast reasonable cooked to order .

Location is great - right in the middle of Jungutbatu Beach - the pool and surrounds are clean and tidy. Rooms are modern and spacious. Attentive staff on hand to deliver food and drinks. Loved the background music whilst sitting at the beachside pool. The beanbags on the beach to watch the sunset. Swims in the ocean directly infront. Or if you surf - easy to arrange a boat out to Shipwrecks or Lacerations - as these breaks are right in front of the resort. Walk out to the main street and you have all the restaurants/cafes - or hail a driver to take you around the island. Also close enough to walk the boardwalk at the end of the beach around to Lago/Coconut Beach if you are up for a little exercise.

Staff wonderful, breakfast lovely, organised and quickly delivered
The pool facing the ocean was filthy, lots of floating particals. Our cups and glasses were dirty
