The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. A comfortable 180-cm double bed ensures restful nights, while a high-quality sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by a large, fully equipped kitchen—ideal for enjoyable evenings in the comfort of your own apartment.
The modern bathroom with a shower impresses with its stylish design and high-quality fixtures. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and connect the interior to Schladming’s historic cityscape.
A ski and bike storage room is also available for your use.
A special perk in winter: You’ll have your own ski locker at the “Planai West” valley station—keycards are provided in the apartment. This allows you to enjoy maximum comfort without having to wear ski boots in the living area.

On-site costs: DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit must be paid via an online portal after booking. OCCUPANCY: Max. 4 people. Local tax per person (children under 15 free): €2.50/night. Final cleaning: €95 (included in the price). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Parties are prohibited in this accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. A crib can be provided free of charge subject to availability; please contact the host in advance to reserve one. The balance is due 1 day before arrival. The balance is paid online by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the host immediately after booking to arrange payment by bank transfer.
