On-site costs: DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit must be paid via an online portal after booking. OCCUPANCY: Max. 5 people. Local tax per person (children under 15 free): €2.50/night. Final cleaning: €115 (included in the price). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Parties are prohibited in this accommodation. Pets are welcome. Fee: €10.00 per pet per night. Please let us know if you’re traveling with pets. Children under 2 years of age stay for free in their parents’ bed. A crib can be provided free of charge subject to availability; we ask that you make a reservation in advance with the host. The balance is due 1 day before arrival. The balance is paid online by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the host immediately after booking to arrange payment by bank transfer.
