The Seaside apartment is located in the "Ferienpark" complex.
The complex is located right on the beach—you don't have to cross any streets to get to the beach.
The apartment has 2 small bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, 190 cm × 90 cm, and 1 with a bunk bed, 190 cm × 80 cm).
The small, open kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, etc.
The living room features a CD player and a flat-screen TV. The sofa can be converted into a bed.
The cozy dining area with 4 chairs is perfect for both dining and playing. The loggia offers a stunning ocean view and can be shaded with an awning.
A parking space (395) is available free of charge for the duration of your vacation. The complex features a laundry room that can be used for a fee. On the small promenade, there is a bakery kiosk, a children’s playground, and a beach chair rental service.
The “Hansapark” amusement park, the Panoramic indoor pool, and Meet’n Move (bowling, etc.) are all within a 5-minute walk.
In the evening, you can relax at the Lykke Beach Bar with a view of the sea!

The “Ferienpark – Sierksdorf” apartment complex is located on the outskirts of Sierksdorf.
The apartment complex is located directly on the beach (southeast-facing). From every apartment, you can walk directly to the beach without having to cross a street.
The beach has a small playground right in the sand; in the summer, there are plenty of beach chairs—those who prefer a quieter spot can walk along the beach toward Neustadt. There you’ll find a wonderful natural beach.
The boardwalk is modern, with plenty of seating areas perfect for sunbathing. A snack bar, a children’s playground, exercise equipment, and a chess set round out the promenade’s amenities.
The complex has a laundry room that can be used for a fee.
There’s also the “LYKKE” beach bar, a beer pub, a beach chair rental, an adventure mini-golf course, and a soccer field. At the “Meet’n Move” bowling alley, you can go bowling, play billiards and table tennis, throw an axe, and play darts.
Above the vacation park is HANSA-PARK—the only amusement park by the sea. It is open from Easter through the end of fall break.
The neighboring Panoramic apartment complex has a swimming pool. The popular Kids’ Fun Day is held there on the first Saturday of every month.
The nearest shopping options, such as REWE, LIDL, and ALDI, are only about 3 km away. There is also a home improvement store and an electronics store in this area. The BAB 1 highway junctions—Eutin to the south and Neustadt Süd to the north—are each only about 3.5 km from the vacation park.
