Welcome to the 2-room vacation apartment No. 348!
This cozy vacation apartment is located on the 9th floor of a high-rise building and is ideal for a family vacation for four. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of Lübeck Bay—let your mind wander as you take in the sights of the sea, the beach, and the sailboats! The balcony is accessible from the combined living and dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove. From the comfortable sofa, you’ll have a perfect view of the large TV and can enjoy relaxing evenings watching TV. A comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) is also located in the living area; when you wake up, you can enjoy the view of the sea from here—what a great way to start your day on vacation! The separate (children’s) bedroom features a bunk bed (each bed 90 cm x 180 cm). The bathroom with a shower is located inside the apartment. The gently sloping sandy beach is just a few steps away, with no need to cross a street. Parking space included.

Up to two dogs are permitted for a fee, provided they are registered in advance.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.
Various recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside dining, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.
Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
