Just a few steps behind the dunes, right on the Heringsdorf beach promenade, Apartment No. 01 at Villa Kieferngrund welcomes you— one of Usedom’s most historic buildings, which has been redesigned with great attention to detail and will welcome guests again starting in spring 2026.


The spacious 3-room apartment on the first floor combines timeless architecture with modern comfort across approximately 110 m² of living space and an additional 40 m² terrace, and can accommodate up to six people.


Bright rooms, high-quality materials, and a well-thought-out living concept create a vacation home that combines spaciousness with comfort.


Living, Enjoying, and Gathering
The open-concept living area invites you to spend relaxing hours with its comfortable corner sofa, a smart TV, and an elegant gas fireplace. The high-quality kitchen blends harmoniously into the space and combines design and function at the highest level.


Amenities include: an induction cooktop with an additional gas cooktop, an oven with a microwave, a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine, and a warming drawer.


The living area opens directly onto the spacious terrace. Sheltered by an elegant awning, a special outdoor retreat awaits you here: a high-quality outdoor kitchen, a stylish lounge, and a spacious dining area create the perfect setting for long summer evenings, shared meals, and relaxing moments in the Baltic Sea air.


Sleeping and Relaxing
Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (200 × 200 cm) with high-quality spring mattresses, storage drawers, and smart TVs.


A special bonus: Both bedrooms each have their own en suite bathroom. The first bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and toilet; the second has a spacious shower and toilet.


For the fifth and sixth guests, a high-quality fold-out bed has been built into the living area, which can be easily folded out and folded away.


To ensure your vacation begins the moment you arrive, the beds are already made upon your arrival; towels and sauna towels are ready for you.


For our youngest guests, a high chair and a travel crib are available free of charge.

The Finnish sauna also features infrared elements and, depending on how you’re feeling that day, offers either a classic sauna experience or pleasant deep heat— ideal after a walk on the beach, sports activities, or simply to unwind.


Right in front of it, a heated waterbed invites you to relax – accompanied by the flickering light of the gas fireplace, a smart TV, a reading lamp, and an atmospheric wall design featuring illuminated salt stones.


The area is complemented by a spacious sensory shower with a waterfall showerhead, overhead and side showers, which can also be used as a steam bath with colored lighting—a place for peace, rejuvenation, and little moments of wellness.
