About this house rental
The building was originally constructed in 1883—at the same time as Villa Oechsler—by Commercial Councilor Hermann Berthold as a stable. With the advent of automobiles in the early 1900s, the building was converted into living quarters for the staff. From 2016 to 2017, the historic, protected building underwent a complete renovation and now comfortably accommodates 6 people across two floors—with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Centrally located and right next to the Oechsler Villa, you’re just a few steps away from shops, bakeries, and other retail options, as well as the beach and the promenade.
This exclusive vacation home awaits you right in the center of Heringsdorf—on Delbrückstraße—the only luxury vacation home in the heart of Heringsdorf. The tasteful, 5-star-rated interior meets even the most discerning standards. On the first floor is a large, fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with all appliances, including a hotplate and an induction stove. The open-concept living room, featuring a large dining table and a TV nook, rounds out the first area of the villa, which has been restored almost exactly to its original condition. The highlight of the living room is the clinker brick ceiling, stylishly accentuated by indirect lighting. One of the bedrooms is also located on the first floor, furnished with a double bed, a built-in closet, and a directly adjoining bathroom. From the hallway, you can access the separate guest restroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a second bedroom with a TV and two separate single beds, as well as another large bathroom. Separated by a single step—this used to be the hayloft—you’ll reach the third bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet. The windows can be blacked out. A washer-dryer is available for use on the first floor. The entire property is fenced and gated. You can park your car in the courtyard. The outbuilding also has enough space to store bicycles or strollers.
Wi-Fi is available and free of charge. For young guests, a high chair and a travel crib with a mattress (but without linens) are provided.
