With approximately 225 m² of living space spread across two spacious levels, an exclusive vacation home for up to eight people awaits you—designed for families, friends, and anyone seeking exceptional comfort right by the beach.

Living, cooking, and enjoying life
On the first floor, the spacious living area opens up to a view of the beach access and the gentle shimmer of the Baltic Sea. A comfortable sofa, an elegant gas fireplace, and a smart TV create the perfect setting for spending time together.
The custom-built kitchen combines design and function at the highest level. Features include:
- Induction cooktop with an additional gas burner, spacious oven, steam oven with a permanent water connection, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispensers, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine with a direct water connection, warming drawer for preheated dishes
The kitchen opens onto a covered balcony a sheltered favorite spot for your first cup of coffee in the morning, with a view of the greenery and plenty of peace and quiet for a relaxed start to the day.
From the living and dining area, you have direct access to the apartment’s private garden. A covered pavilion with a spacious dining area and a modern grill station invites you to enjoy relaxing summer evenings with family or friends.
A special highlight: Through your own garden gate, you have immediate access to the beach promenade and direct beach access. Just a few steps and you’ll already have your feet in the fine sand of the Baltic Sea.

An elegant spiral staircase leads you to the garden level. Here you’ll find the spacious master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a double bed, a walk-in closet, and a smart TV. From here, you have direct access to the private terrace with two sun loungers. For relaxing mornings, a Nespresso machine with a small starter kit is also provided—perfect for your first cup of coffee on the terrace while the villa is still asleep and the day begins in complete tranquility.
The luxurious en suite bathroom features a bathtub, shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
Two additional bedrooms—each with double beds and smart TVs—offer extra retreats for family or friends; one of which also has its own en suite bathroom. Another separate bathroom with a shower and toilet completes this level.
For our youngest guests, a high chair and a travel crib are available free of charge. The beds are already made upon arrival; towels and sauna towels are provided for you.
