I was blown away by the room. It was extremely clean and comfortable with unique design elements that were just right. I had a great view of the city with a huge window that still felt private. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing. I arrived late and the parking garage was full, but there were several pay parking lots within a block and even on the weekend there were street spaces available. The ground level is a very busy weekend party zone but the room was pretty quiet with the exception of several hours Saturday night with a very loud live band that ended by 9:30, which was fine. Just one block away are two incredible restaurants - Canard and Le Pigeon - and I am sure there is much more to discover.
The neighborhood was a mix of nice businesses and homeless camps, but I had no troubles.

Free coffee in the morning
The coffee was bad. The bed was not very comfortable. It was kinda pricey for what there was.
