Reasonable place for families. Only 8 minute walk from Hakata station, but the road there is a bit narrow and busy. There is a partition door between the bedroom and the kitchen area, so kids can sleep in the dark in the bedroom while adults take a bath or relax in the kitchen area. The building is next to the river so it’s bright inside with lots of light through the windows. There’s a washing machine and stove and fridge so it would be convenient for longer stays or for people who want to cook. Simple cutlery and crockery was provided with one cutting knife. Unfortunately, no chopping board.
It was basically clean but a little dusty in corners and little used areas. The kitchen is a bit cramped for cooking because the table takes up space so you have to be careful how you move around. We were 2 adults and 1 child and it wasn’t too bad, but I think a family of 4 may find it a tight squeeze.

駅から部屋がとても近くて助かりました、自宅のようでゆっくりリラックス出来ました
部屋の前の廊下の電気が切れていて、夜帰って来たら廊下が暗くて怖かった

1.周圍來說價錢算很便宜，四人住一間，平均一晚1100台幣左右
2.走路去博多站算不會太遠，最短的路程約5-6分可達
3.有三張床
4.廁所和浴室及洗臉台都是分開空間的
5.是密碼電控鎖，省去房卡的麻煩
1.以四人以上來說空間不足，無法都打開行李
2.有小桌子卻沒有折疊椅或小椅子，只能坐床或地上
3.洗澡的冷熱水龍頭竟要自己調水，太舊式了吧！
4.房內調衣空間十分有限，幾乎沒有，應該要有個橫桿或摺疊衣架之類的，外面有陽台可以曬衣服，但也是固定在女兒牆上的兩根突出曬衣架？可曬件數有限
5.如果會每天回住宿地吃東西的人，因為無清潔垃圾服務，住宿天數太多的人，垃圾桶會不夠裝
