Clean, near Hakata station
Not enough garbage bins, stairs to upper bed not safe when going down, an accident waiting to happen (must put another handle on the wall for support when going down)

Location, few minutes walk to Hakata station
Fairly small for 3 persons. Only provided two cups for three persons. Dusty at some spots at the wardrobe. Have a washer but without detergent. Heater not working properly, even set at 30 degrees for a few hours, feels like 20, it’s cold overnight and everyone not sleeping well even with the comforter.

"Super close to Hakata station so perfect to get on the early bus to the airport. Lots of restaurants and stores are nearby. Easy check-in and great value for the price."
