The location
The room smelled like stale cigarettes even though it's supposed to be non smoking. The room felt like it hadn't been opened for a while but there was crumbs of food on the floor. The paint in the bathroom had bubbled so badly it was peeling up by the sheet. When you sat on the toilet, you could see under the counter and it looked like mold. The light when you first go into the room didn't work. We had to use the small lamps instead.
The service at the restaurant wasn't great. I ordered 2 things and wasn't told one of them wasn't available until after I received the first and waited until I asked where the other was before I started.
