After a disappointing experience that forced us to cancel our previous Airbnb booking, we booked this apartment at very short notice, and honestly, it exceeded every single expectation! From the apartment itself to the location and, most importantly, the incredible team, everything was exceptional.
The team went above and beyond to accommodate my family and me, arranging an early check-in at very short notice and making adjustments to ensure we were comfortable. Someone was there to welcome us when we arrived, and their thoughtfulness genuinely stood out. My mum casually mentioned that a blender would be useful, and the team actually went out, bought one, and brought it to the apartment for her! That level of attentiveness and care is rare and deserves to be applauded.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly what we needed. The location is fantastic, with two supermarkets on the same street, a gym, a concierge, and TVs in the rooms. Canada Water is just a short bus ride away, giving you easy access to Central London. There is also a riverside dock within walking distance where you can catch a river boat to Canary Wharf. The convenience is unbeatable!
Honestly, the apartment was amazing, the location was perfect, and the staff were simply outstanding. What could have been a stressful family trip turned into a wonderful experience, all thanks to the team’s professionalism, flexibility, and genuine hospitality.
If you are considering booking this apartment, please take this as your sign to BOOK IT! Don’t overthink it, don’t hesitate, just book it. You will be glad you did. We are so grateful to the team for making our stay such a lovely experience, and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting London. We would happily stay here again!

This vacation rental ticked every box... unbeatable location, spotlessly clean and packed with great amenities. The Check-in Assistant and the caretaker was warm and super responsive making us feel completely at home. Exceptional value for money and incredibly comfortable throughout. Would book again in a heartbeat,highly recommended.
Honestly, if I had to nitpick, I'd struggle to find a single flaw that says it all.
