Just minutes from the centre of town, this comfortable villa offers a quiet retreat while keeping Queenstown's best attractions within easy reach.
Spread across three levels, the villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the region.
The open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming space to spend time together, with large windows making the most of the spectacular views. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, while the comfortable lounge offers a cosy place to relax.
During the cooler months, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the villa. Double glazing helps keep the property comfortable year-round, while a private outdoor area provides a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The villa also includes a separate laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, Sky TV and a secure garage for added convenience.
Queenstown's town centre and lakefront are approximately a 10-minute downhill walk away, with restaurants, bars, cafés, shops and activities all within easy reach.
Commonage Promenade Villa is the smaller sister to our other Commonage Villas, offering the same fantastic location and beautiful outlook in a more intimate two-bedroom setting.
