On arrival the front door was open but it appears an oversight by cleaners. One of the double fridge doors remained open slightly. Did not know cleaners would come during self contained stay when out, was a surprise - would have been good to know.

We love the property
The check-in process was a nightmare, the online check-in software didn’t work and I went back-and-forth multiple times by email with your representative trying to get sorted out. It cost me a lot of time. Really poor.

Every single thing! View was spectacular, furniture comfortable, kitchen well equipped.

The beautiful view of Queenstown, the cleanliness and the quietness. Like the heated bathroom floors and the kitchen utensils.
The two bedrooms are too far apart, one on top floor and the other on the bottom floor.
