The location. The view. The on-site bathing areas. The staff. The presentation of food in the Japanese restaurant.
Nothing really. Maybe it was our fault but we did get tripped up by the two restaurants in the hotel. We wanted the Japanese dining experience on our last evening. We got that and tick it was amazing. At the same time wanted to book the buffet breakfast in the other dining area for the next morning. We thought we made our desire perfectly clear. Turning up for our appointed buffet time we were told - no you are booked into the Japanese breakfast. Clearly that is not what we ordered. We were advised to now change to the buffet would cost the equivalent of $74 Aus. We cancelled everything.
On checking out there was a fee of $70+Ays for breakfast. When questioned the hotel said this was a cancellation fee for the Japanese breakfast we never got.
So message be careful about what you think you have booked

部屋が綺麗で食事も美味しく、食事処のスタッフのサービスも行き届いていました。
フロントスタッフのうち一名の方が、非常に失礼な対応で、とても嫌な思いをしました。それ以外の方々はたいへん親切でした。
食事処のバックヤードからお客さんのことを話す声が聞こえたのは、やや印象を悪くしました。
サービス業ですし、高価な宿でもあるので、そういうところは改善の余地があると思います。

Beautiful resort! Staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially with our limited Japanese!). We were able to leave our luggage earlier check out the town. Excellent location across the beach. Room was magnificent and private onsen was amazing.

ジュース飲み放題のコーナーがあった所かなぁ
エレベーターでカードキーをカザして階を押してるのに操作が出来なかった…
部屋のトイレの生理用品を入れるボックスが小さいと思います。
