Views are spectacular, clean modern rooms, helpful staff. The buffet is very good.
Some of the retro features have been updated and not as charming as previous visit.

The food and dining was good. Lot of options about food.
When we arrived around 12 pm , there was no one at main gate to handle luggage. We need to take all the luggage at reception and from there they guided is.
It would be good if someone would be there at main gate to support with luggage.
Note- we were with the small baby

Was nice but some areas are looking dated
There was no adults bar for a drink before or after dinner
Some parts of the hotel are looking tired and dated

The view from the room, the view around the property and the onsen.
The room does not have Aircon and it was super warm in the room with no ventilation. Windows can only be opened less than 2 inch wide.
The massive dining hall with long queues for buffet during dinner. Same food every night. It’s ok if you are staying for 1 night. But if you stay for 2 nights it’s the same type if food.
