The location was excellent just down the hill from the Galata Tower and very close to Karakoy tramstop and two ferry terminals. This made it an excellent base for getting around the city. The room was modern and stylish and cleaned every day if requested - very comfy bed. The staff were so helpful especially Ali who helped us to book a return transfer to the airport and recommendations of local restaurant when we arrived late on the first night!
The walls were extremely thin, we could hear neighbours very loudly, be sure to bring earplugs. The balcony wasn't really a balcony, more of a window nook which was nice to read in.

The location was very central, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean, tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was lovely and soft, although I do wish the pillows had been a little softer as well.
It’s a relatively new hotel, but unfortunately it is already starting to show some signs of wear and tear
The walls in this hotel are extremely thin. We could clearly hear people talking in the room next door and there seemed to be virtually no sound insulation, which we found incredibly annoying.
The hot water also takes a long time to come through. The water pressure is good, but on one occasion there was no hot water at all and we had to wait around an hour for it to return.
The hotel is also located on a very steep street and taxis often struggle to reach it
