Excellent location and outstanding service!
The hotel is in a great location. At first glance, the street may seem a little rough, but it is actually fine. Although the area has several chandelier shops, the hotel is just two blocks from Galata’s main street, near the tower, where you will find plenty of restaurants and a vibrant nightlife.
The hotel is also conveniently located opposite another smaller hotel, and both the rooftop and the café are excellent.
However, what we liked most was the service, especially from Salim. He was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a serious problem with our luggage due to Pegasus Airlines, and both Salim and another staff member, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, went out of their way to assist us.
I had also prepaid for round-trip airport transfers but had to change my travel plans. I had completely forgotten about the payment, yet Salim remembered and honestly refunded the money without me even asking.
An outstanding employee who truly cares about guests! His honesty, kindness, and willingness to help made a real difference during a stressful situation. He deserves special recognition for his excellent service.
I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good location, staff very helpful and welcoming. Room clean and comfortable.
Evening meal in restaurant lacked attentive staff. Menu limited.

Location, while in what seemed to be the electrical/lighting commercial precinct, was convenient to all forms public transport and the Galata tower.
Room was generously sized and well appointed.
Breakfast was excellent with a great selection brought to your table.

Staff and mgr were very attentive. Location was fab - close to Galata tower; Sishane Metro and T1 tram stops so easy to get to / from airport and Sultan Ahmet area (tram was really useful as roads are very congested near the main tourist sites).
Nothing to dislike really. Breakfast was good; rooftop bar was nice for a quick drink pre/post dinner and rooms were clean and in good condition.
