Located in a peaceful hillside neighbourhood, just a 15-minute scenic walk to town, this stylish studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers, or remote workers seeking comfort, convenience, and unforgettable views.
The Space
A studio apartment on a single level (external stairs) with a balcony attached to look out to beautiful views over the lake.
Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with beautiful view over the lake.
Bathrooms: One bathroom with a walk in shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, dining.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, stovetop, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster.
Balcony: This property has a balcony that overlooks the lake with seating for two.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Stairs: There are 19 steps on the outside of the house from the driveway to the entrance
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

The place was fantastic! Very new and it shows. Great balcony and unbelievable views. Great to have a washer and dryer. Only a short downhill walk to town. Couldn’t have been better for our several nights there.

The views from the deck were spectacular. The unit was perfect for a couple. It was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. Just be aware if you want to walk to the central business area it is on a steep hill.
