The Space

The layout flows from entry via shared stairwell into open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, then laundry off kitchen, then hallway to bathroom and bedroom, then living area access to second bedroom and ensuite, then two balconies.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, with view over the lake.

Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms at this property. Both bathrooms have standing/walk in showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with fireplace, comfortable furniture and .

Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, \microwave, fridge/freezer, and kettle.

External: There is a balcony with lounge style seating and a BBQ (fees apply).

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External/shared & internal stairs. There are a set of stairs up to the apartment and once you get inside there is another set of stairs going up to the lounge room.

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (250 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
