Nie wieder!

Das Appartement ist neu, alles funktioniert (Ausnahme Dusche)

1. Bei der Heimfahrt ist der Autolift stecken geblieben. wir waren 1,5 Stunden im Lift eingesperrt bis ein Techniker den Schaden behoben hat. Im Lift war kein Internetempfang, die Vermieter waren telefonisch nicht erreichbar (angegeben ist eine Telefonnummer aus Madagaskar, es hat aber niemand abgehoben). 2. Durch die Regenfälle ist es zu Wassereintritten in die Garage gekommen. Dadurch wurde über die Decke der Garage Zementmilch bzw. Zementwasser ausgewaschen und ist auf unser Auto geronnen. Dadurch ist es zu erheblichen Schäden gekommen. In Österreich konnte eine Spezialfirma einen Großteil der Ablagerungen entfernen, eine völlige Behebung wäre aber nur durch Neulackierung möglich. Ich habe Bilder vom Schaden an die Wohnungsvermieter geschickt, eine Reaktion ist aber nicht erfolgt. 3, Die Garage ist sehr eng, es ist nicht zu empfehlen mit Autos um die 5 m Länge dort einzufahren. 4. Der Schlüsselkasten befindet sich in einer Nische beim Haus. In der Nacht haben dort Obdachlose geschlafen. Wer früh am Morgen wegfahren will, muss wohl zwischen den dort liegenden Personen zum Schlüsselkasten. Besser wäre es, den Schlüsselkasten direkt beim Eingang anzubringen. 5. Das ist eine Kleinigkeit, aber es sei angemerkt, dass die Dusche bauliche Mängel aufweist. Während der Dusche muss immer wieder das Wasser abgedreht werden, weil es sonst zu Überschwemmungen im Bad kommt.
