Laurent is a very attentive host. He replies quickly. We had an issue upon check-in and the matter was resolved the next day. The apartment is comfortable but the walls are thin. There is coffee and tea, lots of books and guides that can come in handy. Overall, it's a very well-equipped place. The backyard with outdoor seating is definitely a plus. There is always free street parking on side streets.
Location is the only downside. Not walking distance to city center.

The property had everything we needed, was a lovely cozy studio with a private big balcony. It was in a quiet area felt safe to walk back to the apartment at night. It was well stocked with everything we needed, it was very clean.
