The location had plenty of parking options and had a bus stop very close by. The room felt safe and the lift was useful, though the upper floors were not completely accessible as there were a few steps to access the corridor. The kitchen facilities were great and the room was comfortable.
The loose toilet seat and the minimal toiletries in the bathroom.

The staff provided extra pillows and blankets to help while I was recovering from surgery and the furniture could be moved to help arrange the best setups for me.
The fire alarm went off multiple times a night due to tenants smoking in their rooms and having to evacuate post surgery was not the greatest.
