Some nice touches in the apartment. Liked the pictures on the walls. Nice to have a washing machine. The yoga and home exercise equipment was a nice thing to have.
Good location for the old town and Danube.
Could easily be improved by giving it a bit more attention. Feels like a place where the owners have got a bit fed up with running it. Lots of small things: could do with better cleaning, only 1 bowl, only 1 tall coffee cup, the cooking utensils could do with replacing, the usb sockets hardly even charge anything, the beds were too soft.
The listing says chocolates provided for guests, but there were no chocolates to be found. Please don't promise something then not fulfill it.
The listing says many things that are at best a stretch:
Says separate bedroom but no it's not
Says dining table in kitchen but kitchen is way too small to have one.
In fact there's no dining table or dining area at all. The kitchen is small, the bathroom is small and there is only one living room that has the bed in it.
I didn't appreciate them trying to put a freeze on €200 on my account in case of damages with no mention of this on the listing.
I also didn't like being asked to leave the city tax in cash after I had already paid online, or getting no reply when I messaged to say I had already paid, or getting another request to leave the cash. I assume these were just automated emails but please revise and answer your messages.
Don't get me wrong, it is quite nice, but the listing makes it sound like a much bigger place than it is.
Also note that the pub next door is open till 4am and as we walked by at 8am they were just ejecting the last of the clientel.
To be fair, the pub does contain the noise well but there's a lot of noise from the street and plenty of broken glass and vomit in the street 50 yards from the door. I guess this is just what you get for this location which is really pleasant once the morning cleanup has taken place.

Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral in der Innenstadt etwa fünf Gehminuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt und ist mit der Tram vom Hauptbahnhof sehr unkompliziert zu erreichen. Sie hatte ein sehr gemütliches Sofa und viele Gesellschaftsspiele, die man ausprobieren konnte.
Leider war es aufgrund einer angrenzenden Bar vor allem in der ersten Nacht zeitweise sehr laut. Was jedoch am meisten gestört hat, war, dass während des ganzen Aufenthalts das warme Wasser nicht funktionierte. Diesbezüglich hatten wir den Vermieter kontaktiert, der uns sagte dass der Boiler sich vielleicht über Nacht aufheizen würde, jedoch konnten wir nicht duschen, da das Wasser nach einer Minute wieder kalt war.
Auch die Bettwäsche roch sehr stockig und das Bett war etwas ungemütlich.
