Awful
The only good thing was the location.
I booked a room last minute for 2 nights as an emergency late at night. The confirmation advised I will be issued with a key code. Nothing came through. I emailed, messaged and called with no response until 50 minutes later. However, due to the emergency, I had to book another hotel as due to the time of night did not believe I would have a response. The response came when I had to book another hotel. Upon my request for a refund due to their lack of communication, I was issued with rude, unprofessional responses which included exclamation marks in their responses. They took no responsibility.
I visited the location the next day, the address provided does NOT take you to the apartment. Spent hours trying to locate this. Eventually collected the key from the lock box and still couldn’t locate the apartment. Again, I sent a message and called the number. No response. When I did get a call back I was advised that it’s the white door next to the key box. It was not! I entered a completely wrong building and was told to leave.
I messaged and called again, and they then advised it was the wrong door and advised me to the correct one.
The key didn’t go into the door smoothly and I had to attempt about 5 times to get in. After accessing the building, there was no lights to guide the way to the apartment therefore having to use my phone torch. Very dangerous.
The room itself was standard and liveable for why I was there, however, after the experience, I did not want to stay there anymore.
Overall, the staff here, we never met, however, are VERY rude, patronising and unprofessional. Communication lacked especially when dealing with a self check in! There was no one to ask other than messaging and phone calls. I booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 due to their delayed responses and my urgent thought of having to book another hotel due to how late this was! I requested a refund for 1 night and was told no.
