Located between the Surfside Beach Pier and just north of the Garden City Pier, this elevator-building unit features an open floor plan with recent upgrades: new interior paint, granite countertops, an updated stove/oven, dishwasher, and range hood, refreshed cabinetry, a sofa bed with an upgraded gel foam mattress, and LVP flooring. Step out onto the private balcony for the sights and sounds of the Atlantic, or take advantage of the oceanfront pool and direct beach access. The building also offers coin/debit-operated laundry on the ground level, just blocks from the Garden City Pier, arcades, dining, shopping, and the iconic Sam's Corner hot dogs.
This condo sleeps 2, with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and all essential appliances.

Everything was wonderful. The parking was a little bit of an issue. We didn’t have parking one night so thank goodness we had friends staying a few minutes from us that we could park at there condo. If not, I don’t know what we would’ve done.

Such a lovely quaint place to enjoy! Loved seeing the dolphins and sunrise every morning! The views were incredible and I was able to forget about the stresses of life while listening to the sound of the ocean. Adorable condo!
