Escape to paradise in this newly renovated beachfront one-bedroom, one-bathroom home - a corner condo perfectly situated directly on Garden City Beach! You will enjoy uninterrupted ocean views directly from the living room and beachfront balcony. What will make your experience so unique is the home’s easy access to the beach and the pool. This home is fully updated and ready for your visit.

Craving a delicious meal? You don't have to go far or you can have meals delivered directly to your door! Once parked, you can access the second floor by elevator or stairs. They can both be found on the front side of the building near the laundry area.
Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and turn right towards the ocean. Unit 1201 is the first unit at the end of the walkway.
Your access code to enter the condo will be provided before your arrival.

Living Area: Spacious oceanfront sitting area with a sleeper sofa, 85-inch smart TV and 100-inch electric fireplace - all with direct ocean views.
Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans and upgraded appliances. The coffee machine offers both brewed and k-cup options and we provide coffee for your first morning.
Bedroom: King bed with plush bedding, a 55-inch smart tv and storage.
Linens Provided: Linens are provided - including bed linens for the bedroom; bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and make-up wash cloths in the bathroom; and a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels and dish detergent are provided. We do not provide complimentary beach towels, but they can be purchased. See below:

The room has been renovated and it’s very nice. Very small though as well. It had everything we needed so that was great. The kitchen window has no blinds so anyone from the towers next door can see straight into the room. The two sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony do not have privacy shades or curtains. Only a double layer of shear curtains that are very thin. Tried to sleep on the couch and when the sun comes up, it’s extremely bright and no fix. The parking is Terrible. Had to park across the street twice and hope I didn’t get towed. Signs are confusing until the property reached out and acquired some extra spots from the next door hotel. That was fine but it is in the very back corner across the street so a small walk. We asked about the beach restoration project before our trip as I seen on the map that they were to begin work in front of the property and that section of the beach would be closed. The owner told me it was a few weeks out: during our 4th day they closed the section in front and remained only open to sit. You had to walk to either property beside that one to enter the ocean. It stirred up a lot of algae, seaweed and what looked like parts of corral because the water was great until that happened. Mind you, peak season so that didn’t help with the crowding. Overall I would give the whole experience a 3. If we ever think about coming back to this area, not so sure about staying here again unfortunately.

This condo is beautifully decorated. Simple and elegant. It has a cool fireplace! The ocean front balcony was nice. The location is convenient. We enjoyed our time here.
