The location is excellent. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it features a shared garden with a fountain. There is a grocery store right downstairs and plenty of restaurants. It is a very short distance to the heart of the city center. The windows are soundproof. The description of how we could access the keys and get inside was sent shortly beforehand and was very clear.
The communication was a bit like dealing with two different people who gave conflicting answers (or no answer at all). I asked: "Can we check in at 2 AM?" The answer was "NO," so we booked a night near the airport. Later, a message came saying: "You can check in anytime." That was great, but then the check-in instructions stated: "Check-in not possible before 4:00 AM." So now I know that anytime is actually fine... Then there was the initial information: "Free luggage storage." This was later changed to: "Luggage storage not available." However, it is possible to stay past 11:00 AM (checkout time) until 2:00 PM for a fee of 150 PLN, which is a very good deal. We accepted a shuttle from the airport, but it was impossible to get a confirmation on whether it would definitely have a child seat and a toddler seat. I asked three times. It turned out fine in the end (though it was very stressful at 2 AM). Knowing all this may help others!

Lovely well equipped apartment set in a beautiful courtyard close to all the attractions in Gdansk with nice shops and bars literally round the corner. The view from the bedroom to the gardens and fountain was gorgeous and the large balcony off the kitchen was fab. Lovely bedding and very comfy beds.
Honestly there was nothing to really fault. The only slight improvement we could recommend would be to provide undercounter lights in the kitchen!

Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen und die Ausstattung gut.
Leider waren die Anweisungen, wie man in das Appartement kommt zum Teil falsch und irreführend. Erst nach etwas nervenaufreibenden Gesprächen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich die englische Version der Einweisung aufrufen soll, da würde es anders drinstehen, so war es dann auch?!
Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gebucht, die Innenstadt war jedoch komplett gesperrt und wir hätten einen Einfahrtsbeleg gebraucht, die Vermieter wussten von nichts und wir erhielten auch keinen sondern Binder Polizei einen Strafbeleg von 50,00€, dies war alles recht unschön.
