Excellent value for money, we would stay there again without a doubt

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, good quality fittings

coffee machine and TV didn’t work to begin with but were eventually fixed

Cleanliness and communication were extremely disappointing.

Location and a design of the apartment.

Upon arrival, it was obvious that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. I took few photos as an example and sent them to the contact number provided in the messages, but received no response. I then followed up by email and through the Booking.com messaging system — again, no response. After being ignored during weekend (ok, understandable), we went in person on Monday to speak to them directly to an office below the apartment. We politely raised the issues, including: a liquid soap dispenser so dirty forcing us to buy new soap; a completely disgusting toothbrush holder; a kitchen counter covered in fingerprint smudges; leftover food from previous guests still in the kitchen drawers; food stains on the placemats; and mold in the shower. The staff member's response was "that's weird." Later that day we received two new towels, as ours had been used to mop up water from a leaking shower. We were told cleaning would take place the next day, so we packed all our belongings back into our suitcases to make it easier for the cleaner to do a thorough job. When we returned that evening, we found that the cleaner had only addressed the exact issues shown in our photos — nothing more. The wet towels were still on the floor, the table hadn't been wiped, and everything else remained untouched. Throughout this entire process, no one responded to a single message, email, or text. The only communication we received was apology sent AFTER our check-out. It was extremely uncomfortable knowing, for all 8 days of our stay, that the apartment had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. Communication was terrible, and our messages were consistently ignored.

Good location, could use better customer service

The apartment is in a great location and pretty spacious for 1-2 people. I cooked most of my meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. The fridge is mini, but included a small freezer section if needed. The wash machine was handy and they had a good size drying rack in the closet as well.

The bed doesn't have a traditional mattress and isn't very comfortable. There is only one closet / cabinet in the apartment to hang and store clothes if wanted as I did, but it also has a vacuum and dirty/smelly mop stored in it. The apartment entry door is in a small hallway, along with 2 other apartments, with a single outer door to the stairwell. The light in the small hallway was not working. I asked on my first day to get it fixed and was told it would be fixed the next day. When it wasn't fixed 2 days later I asked again and was told I could simply open the outer door to the stairwell for light, which while annoying was true during the daytime. At night, the only lights in the stairwell were motion-censored, which required walking out into the stairwell to activate the light and hurrying back to lock / unlock the apartment door in the 10-15 seconds the lights stayed on. For what they charge for this apartment, guests shouldn't be expected to adjust to broken lights.

Great property, but management lacks basic professional ethics. Keep your credit card locked.

Beautiful interior, clean, and spacious. Well-equipped. Perfect location near the Old Town.

・Unstable Management: Due to a minor key issue, the host showed extreme emotional instability. Instead of providing a spare key, they chose to physically destroy the lock with tools, creating an unsafe environment. ・Financial Risks: Chaotic billing and contradictory info on "City Tax." Beware of hidden or unauthorized charges. ・Neglected Maintenance: Reported TV damage on Day 1 was ignored for the entire stay.
