Most of it was as per expectation
When food was ordered to the room your staff always demanded immediate payment instead of final settlement during check out.. very unlike star hotels

The fact that you had 2 queen beds where the entire family can stay (parents + 2 children). The staff were quite courteous.
We had to sit outside for breakfast. However, your staff Priyanka was very proactive. Once a table got free she called us inside.
The live counter gets very crowded, and the staff standing there obstruct the passage for the guests.
We need more seating space in the restaurant for breakfast. We had to sit outside. However, your staff member, Priyanka, was very proactive. Once a table got free, she called us inside.
A buffet lunch and dinner can be helpful to have.
Have a printed menu in the room for in-room dining.
Since the suite room has 2 beds to accommodate 4 PAX, it will help if the washroom is split into 3 areas where all can access - one for the washbasin, one for the shower, and another for the toilet with separate doors. This helps people to get ready fast.
Please keep a medicine box with some over-the-counter medicines like Paracetamol. The location is quite far off from medical stores.

I especially liked the hotel’s convenient location near O.P. Jindal Global University, which made it an ideal choice for our visit. The warm hospitality, prompt service, delicious food, and well-maintained rooms made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The professionalism and customer-focused approach of the staff further enhanced our overall experience.
The only minor drawback was that a few facilities, such as the fitness centre, were not yet operational since the hotel is relatively new. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and did not encounter any significant issues.
