Gorgeous room right in the centre of Southsea. Beautifully decorated.Great size. Right in the Middleton restaurants and supermarkets.
10min walk to the beach.

Good value for money. Location was Ideal. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed.
Colleagues were very happy with the spec of the room.
No issues experienced when checking in.
No issues experienced when checking out.
If travelling with a works Van/Vehicle Parking was difficult.
Had to hunt around the surrounding area to get a parking space, which was time consuming especially after a day on site.
Parking wasn't a major concern when reading the reviews.

No remote control so could no use television.
Bathroom extractor fan did not work.

To start with the positives, the room was clean for the most part and the kitchen was spotless. There was ample space in the fridge. There’s several cafes and restaurants nearby so you truly are spoilt for choice there. The shower gets really hot which is a big plus.
I don’t know how efficient the clean is between guests as there were poo stains in the toilet when I arrived and the coaster had a sticky wet ring. There’s a TV but the tv remote is nowhere to be seen - I realised this quite late in the night so didn’t want to bother the owners. Address is a tad confusing - says 61 on the booking, but it’s 61a. I called the owners and they clarified this. The shower water pressure isn’t great but definitely manageable. The parking permit is good in terms of you’re able to park in loads of roads in the area, but it’s quite hard to get parking nearby the property. Luckily I got back close to midnight which is when spots opened up for me but something to be mindful of. The front door doesn’t shut properly unless you really slam it which is a bit of a safety concern and I don’t think the other guest knew about that as I came back to the door ajar many times.
Can’t say I wouldn’t stay here again but wouldn’t be in a hurry to return either.
