Absolutely stunning house and grounds - the view from the pool is spectacular and Marco is the perfect host, who tries to fill your every need if a speedy fashion. He was very accommodating for us travelling with our pets and also cleans the pool every morning (but otherwise doesn't come to the property).
The house is quite spacious and everything important is there (dishwasher in multiple kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker etc). There is a new part (with very nice renovated bathrooms) is very clean and the old part has a nice charm to it.
There is also a smart tv where you can log into netflix and prime if that is of interest to you.
It was very lovely stay and definitely recommend this if you are looking for a calm escape.
There are 2 points to be mindful of :
1) The location is quite far from anything (the closest beach is 1hr, the closest big supermarket/shopping center is 30mins and the village of san giovanni is stunning but deserted, there are only 2 restaurants there - of which only 1 was open and a small supermarket for the bare necessities). You definitely need a car if you want to come stay here.
2) There were quite a few scorpions in the house - if that is an issue for you, you should come prepared. Marco tried his best to help us with this, but I would have preferred to know this before I come.
