Your Park City getaway starts at Snowcap Lodge! This spacious 5BR/4.5BA retreat welcomes up to 12 guests with mountain views, a private hot tub, sauna, and a game room with a pool table. Spend your days skiing, hiking, or biking, then gather for dinner and unwind by the living room fireplace. With Park City Mountain approximately one mile away and a free bus stop a short walk down the road, adventure and après-ski relaxation are always close.
The Space:
Set at the quiet end of the street, Snowcap Lodge overlooks a community pond and the Park City Mountain slopes. Start your morning with balcony views, spend the day skiing or exploring nearby trails, and return for a relaxing soak in your private hot tub. From shared meals to friendly games of pool, there’s plenty to enjoy together at home.
THE LIVING AREA
Settle into the sectional sofa or one of the two armchairs and enjoy an evening by the gas fireplace. The living room TV offers streaming capabilities and cable, making it easy to catch a movie after a day exploring Park City. Step onto the main-floor balcony to take in the mountain and pond views.
THE KITCHEN
Prepare your favorite meals in the well-stocked kitchen, equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and slow cooker. Dishes, flatware, cookware, and cooking utensils are provided.
The kitchen island seats four, while the dining table seats 10. An outdoor grill offers another way to enjoy meals at home.
BEDROOMS
Five bedrooms across three levels accommodate up to 12 guests.
• Upper level: A primary bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a guest bedroom with two full (double) beds.
• Main level: A guest bedroom with a queen bed, located near the front entrance.
• Lower level: A bunk bedroom with two bunk beds, each featuring a twin bed on top and a full (double) bed below.
BATHROOMS
The home has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
• Upper level: The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
• Main level: The queen bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. A separate half bathroom is located off the kitchen.
• Lower level: A full bathroom is located between the bunk bedroom and game room.
HOT TUB & SAUNA
Make time to unwind with a soak in the private hot tub or warm up in the sauna after your mountain adventures. Keep an eye out for ducks visiting the nearby community pond as you relax.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to three vehicles: one in the private garage and two in the driveway.
LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available on the lower level between the bunk bedroom and game room, making it easy to refresh clothes during your stay.
GAME ROOM
Keep the fun going in the lower-level game room, featuring a pool table, large couch, and TV with cable. It’s a welcoming spot for friendly competition or a laid-back evening.

Guests have private access to the entire home and its amenities. Keypad self check-in allows you to settle in at your own pace.

Snowcap Lodge is approximately one mile from Park City Mountain Resort, 1.5 miles from historic Main Street, and one block from Park City Golf Club. A nearby bike trail offers opportunities to explore during the warmer months.

Getting Around:
A free Park City bus stop is a short walk down the road, offering connections to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and Main Street.

We stayed in this lovely property during the Sundance Film Festival and were so pleased with this place and our hosts, we will be booking it again for next year! Just a short walk into town and to transportation and a lovely home to come back to at the end of the day to relax and unwind.

Great and beautiful property! Very well stocked kitchen and the sauna was a really nice feature we all used during our ski trip. The bus stop was at the end of the street which was nice and the house itself was very well furnished and decorated.

Disappointing based upon other great reviews. The main floor was remodeled and was very nice. Great island and open floor plan was great for our group of 10. Lots of dishes and pots & pans but all the pots and pans had to be washed before using.
Upstairs bedrooms we ok but beds and bedding were poor.
Downstairs was terrible. Very old desperately needs remodeling and was not very clean especially floors and baseboards around the beds. Felt terrible having anyone stay down there. We didn’t even use the pool table area because it was not pleasant to be down there.
