Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect our devices to wifi. Tried to explain when I called the management office. While they were very friendly, I could not make it understood that we were not having issues with the tv connection, rather the wifi router. Maintenance came while we were away and the tv was on, to show that tv connection worked, but that was not the issue. I addition, some of the outlets did not recognize our device plugs for charging.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and recommend.

Spacious, mountainside by lift and alpine slide and mountain breeze was delightful all with easy bus to downtown within 5 minutes or a 15 minute walk.

We stayed in a 1 br, 2 full bath unit directly at the base of park city mountain, by the payday lift. My child was in ski school and we could see them warming up right from our balcony. The location could not be beat! The unit was a good size, with a very comfortable sofa bed. It sleeps 4 very comfortably, with 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed. The 2 full baths makes a huge difference. It had a full kitchen (full size fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher) and all the dishes, pots, pans, spatulas, utensils, etc. you might need. The man at the front desk (I forgot to ask his name, but he was there when we checked in on 3/31 and checked out on 4/4), was very professional and helpful as well! We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, as they were in the other building, and my 6 year old was usually wiped out from skiing. But it was close to the fire pits and apres ski areas as well. The free shuttle to Main St runs frequently and is easy to get to. The ride itself took just over 5 minutes. All in all, a great location for ski in/ski out. I hope to return next year!
