About this house rental
This magnificent house is offered for seasonal rental, in the heart of the historic center of the city of Le Faou, a city labeled "small city of character".
It is at the foot of the 16th century Saint Sauveur church with a baptistery, unique in Brittany.
From April 27th to September 30th, the outdoor swimming pool is privatized, heated to 28°.
You can contemplate from the rooms the church, the Faou river and the swimming pool.
Cleaning is included in the price (including pool maintenance).
Beds and towels are included.
On the first floor, entrance by 3 steps. It consists of a kitchen open to the living room with access to a large enclosed and shaded terrace without vis-à-vis, and surrounded by high stone walls with garden furniture, a pantry and a toilet with washbasin. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, two bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90x190, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, the terrace has private access to the private outdoor swimming pool heated to 28°C from April 27th to September 30th, 4x11m, depth 1.30 to 1.70m, secured by an electric shutter and an access door that locks. The swimming pool is shared with the owners in July and August, the rest of the season it is private for rent. It is composed of a large wooden terrace with sunbeds, in an enclosed space surrounded by high stone walls and espalier orchard and petanque court. Free public parking nearby. Entrance through a corridor of a small adjoining building. The house is located at the back without vis-à-vis.
Possibility of having a cot and a high chair.
The kitchen is composed of an oven, microwave, fridge, electric hob, tassimo pod coffee machine and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
A deposit of 500 euros will be required (check or cash).
