Ideally located at the entrance to the Crozon Peninsula, in Argol, we are offering this charming 120 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 people.
It will delight water sports enthusiasts, cyclists, and hikers alike thanks to its direct access to the GR34 and GR37 trails and the paths of the Armorique Regional Nature Park.
Those who prefer to relax can enjoy the south-facing, tree-lined property.
The house has been classified as a 2-star furnished tourist rental.
The house is ideal for a peaceful vacation with family or friends.
The layout of the property is as follows:
First floor:
- A bright living room with sofas and armchairs, open to the kitchen and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen featuring: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and drip coffee maker
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet
- A laundry room with a washing machine
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and closet
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140×200) and a closet
- “Le boudoir” mezzanine area: armchairs, TV, and bookshelf
On the 2nd floor:
- "Le grenier" open space, with 3 single beds (90x190)
The beds will be made upon your arrival, and bath towels, rugs, and dish towels will be available for your use.
Outdoors:
- A beautiful, rustic garden facing south with a gas grill, outdoor table and chairs, a hammock, and lounge chairs
- A private parking area for cars and a covered area for bicycles
The house is equipped with a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
The house is not suitable for young children because the staircase lacks a safety railing. Unfortunately, it is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
You’ll have access to the entire house, the garage, the covered patio, the courtyard, and the garden, as well as all the forest trails in the adjacent nature park.
The end-of-stay cleaning service includes laundry and preparing the property for future guests. However, we ask that you perform a courtesy cleanup (gather used linens, empty trash cans, and put away dishes).
