VERY DISAPPOINTING!! VERY DIRTY FLAT!!!!
Property is close to tram station and the river.
-Communication was only through emails. Hard to contact owners / management as we had lots of problems with property they refused to give us a phone number for easier communication!
-Property was extremely dirty !!!!!! Thick dust under and around beds !!! Dirty floors , rug in living room , mould stain on white cushion cover , dirty bathroom cupboards etc. Picture fallen off wall and left on side ! It was very disappointing and absolutely unacceptable! We requested to clean properly which they fulfilled calling back cleaner but even after 2nd visit it was half left dirty how we found flat. Terrible for Swiss standards and service !!!
- We also had problems with check out as in the email said 10am but on the card left with instructions for the flat saying any time before 11 am !! Very confusing as if you try to leave after 10 lock box doesn’t work anymore and can’t leave keys . We had to wait in front of flat in the blasting sun for over 30 minutes someone to get back to us via emails with a new code for the lock box for us able to leave keys. Wasting our time and causing great stress !!
-Noisy neighbours at night ! Bedroom located right next to neighbour balcony whom were happy chatting away the night and smoking !!

LIMPIEZA HORRIBLE
NOTHING AT ALL!!
Cleanliness was the most unpleasant and negative aspect of our stay (photos attached). The ceiling fans were completely ineffective, subjecting us to terrible heat throughout our stay; the situation only improved briefly after I requested a floor fan, which was brought to us that same afternoon.
The TV didn't work, and the apartment was filthy, making us feel uncomfortable the entire time. It was disgusting to sleep in the beds or use the bathroom and shower. There were cobwebs on the ceilings containing mosquitoes and other bugs that had been stuck there for months; there were even bedbugs in the beds, making sleep impossible and leaving us covered in bites the next morning. I was traveling with two small children who were afraid to climb the stairs to the apartment. The dishes were dirty, and there was dust under the beds, in every room, and even under the sofa.
I asked for a cleaning crew to be sent because I refused to spend another night there; they did send one, but when we returned to the apartment, everything was exactly the same. They complained that we had pushed the two beds together; I explained that I was traveling with two small children who sleep with me, and I did it to prevent them from falling out of bed during the night. The shower rod kept falling on our heads, so we had to take it down and put it in the living room. The dryer leaked a huge amount of water while running, causing us to slip and fall daily.
This accommodation is an absolute nightmare and a pigsty; it should not be available for booking under any circumstances.
I requested a refund—at least for the basic supplies I had to buy myself (dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags—which cost extra in Basel—and dish sponges). All of this was an extra expense I shouldn't have had to cover, yet they told me that because the beds had been pushed together and the curtain rod was out of place, they wouldn't refund me a thing. They are absolutely shameless!

Moderno y acogedor.
Al lado del Rhin, ideal para pasear al lado del agua e ir caminando al centro en solo 15 minutos.
