-Location (old town, promenade, river cruise port), and beautiful interior renovation. -the street (restaurants/businesses) were mainly shut down because of the street ripped up and construction trucks outside our door and down the 2 blocks, etc., but in a year, will be lovely.

-street closure and construction was a surprise (we should have been notified before hand), making it difficult for taxi drop off/pickup (and the main street behind apt.,cannot be driven on at certain times as well). Instructions regarding a handy area for drop off/pickup, would have been helpful. Therefore, we walked blocks with our luggage, then down the street infront, that was being renovated, past baracades, and around trucks bringing rocks, concrete, and cranes. We waited while the construction workers made us a bridge to walk to the front door. Then we hauled our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. So that (being unknown), wasn’t a good surprise (for 5 senior adults). Happy to find that the apartment windows (closed), were silent to the busy street below. -we had a party of five senior adults (was indicated beforehand). There were only towels set for 4 people, a few pods of coffee, no sugar, no creamer, so went to the market (bought and left there). The 3rd bedroom wasn’t made up so we gathered bedding from the main bedroom, and made up the bed. There was no soap in the bathroom sink, the body soap in the shower lasted one person, so we went out and bought. -just simple things to improve: perhaps have all 6 beds made up, have 6 sets of towels, have enough supply for a coffee bar for the nights there, and fill the soaps. Just copying what we would have had in a hotel, or a little extra to go beyond?

It was a great place for our group. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything you might need.

For a bigger group, there was only one bathroom & toilet, which were in the same room. This was communicated before, so this is just a limitation of the space, but still good to consider.

Struttura eccellente.

Il fatto che non ci fosse l’ascensore.
