About this villa rental
Located on the hillside of Porto Taverna, Villa Nuova Muvrunara offers breathtaking views of the gulf, including the iconic islands of Tavolara and Molara. This property is designed for those seeking a high-quality retreat in a desirable location, just a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful beaches south of Olbia. Its proximity to a nature reserve ensures a very quiet and peaceful setting. Newly built, Villa Nuova Muvrunara features a contemporary take on the traditional “stazzu,” a typical Northern Sardinian architectural style. The materials and construction techniques used are designed to provide a high standard of comfort. The seaside terrace includes a relaxation area and a large table for outdoor dining. Adjacent to the terrace is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a lounge area. The main floor features four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and sea views through large windows. The rooms are furnished in soft wood and stone tones. The pool, which can be heated during the off-season, and the outdoor kitchen both offer views.
